Meet the Daemon, your AI contract operator
An AI agent that drafts priced SOWs, scores contract risk, and onboards clients. It pauses for your approval before it sends anything. Drive it in xClause, or from Claude and Cursor over MCP, where the scopes you grant set the guardrail.
Real contract work, driven by chat
Everything below ships in the product today. No demo required.
Draft a priced SOW from one message
Tell the Daemon the shape of the deal and it builds a real Statement of Work: managed units, multi-year pricing, SLA and coverage terms, ready for you to review.
Score contract risk
It checks an agreement against the compliance rules for your client's industry, like HIPAA, PCI, and FERPA, then flags gaps and clauses worth adding.
Search your clause library
Semantic search across your own clauses, contracts, and templates. It answers from your library, not the open web.
Onboard a client end to end
Create the client, invite their team, and bundle the MSA and SOW into one signing flow, all from a single conversation.
Run xClause from Claude & Cursor
xClause is a Model Context Protocol server. Connect it to your AI client and run your contract stack from the tools you already use.
From a Claude or Cursor chat: "Create a SOW for Acme at $5k/mo," preview it, then "send it to Acme for signature." You never leave your AI tool.
A connected app can only do what the scopes you grant allow:
read_onlyRead your contracts, clients, templates, and renewals.contracts:writeDraft and edit SOWs and MSAs.contracts:sendSend a contract to a client for e-signature.approvals:writeAct on internal contract approvals.onboarding:sendKick off client onboarding.
Autonomous, but it asks first
The Daemon runs multi-step. It calls the tools it needs, chains them, and works toward the outcome. But anything irreversible, like sending for signature or onboarding a client, pauses for your explicit confirmation and is secured by a short-lived signed approval. Over MCP, the scopes you grant set the guardrail.
Included on every plan
The Daemon is included on every plan. Your plan comes with a monthly allowance of agent turns: 150 on Starter and 500 on Pro. The same allowance powers MCP connectors.
