Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term commitment. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, and annual billing simply prepays 12 months at a discount.
What do Starter's limits actually mean?
Starter caps how much you can build: up to 2 team members, 15 clients, 2 custom contract templates, 5 reusable clauses, 2 saved SOW versions, 1 proposal template, and 10 proposals per month. Contracts themselves are unlimited. If you outgrow a cap, you can upgrade to Pro.
What does Pro add over Starter?
Pro removes the client and team-member caps, adds unlimited SOW versions and proposals, and raises the Daemon AI agent allowance from 150 to 500 agent turns per month. It also adds integrated payment processing, PSA and accounting integrations, and dedicated support. Pro comes in two options: standard Pro, or Pro + White-Label for an extra $49/mo.
What can the Daemon AI agent do?
The Daemon is an AI agent for your contract work: it drafts priced SOWs and MSAs from a chat message, scores contract risk with industry-compliance context, searches your own clause and contract library, and can onboard a client end-to-end. It runs multi-step but stops and asks before it sends anything for signature. You can also connect it to Claude or Cursor over MCP. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of agent turns.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro + White-Label?
They are the same plan. Pro + White-Label simply removes our branding so the client portal and documents present as your own. It runs $49/mo more than standard Pro and is billed monthly, with no separate annual price for the white-label portion.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro, or switch between Pro and Pro + White-Label, from your billing settings at any time.
What are the payment processing fees?
They apply only to payments you collect from your clients through the platform on Pro, not to your subscription. Card payments cost 3.6% + 55¢ per transaction; ACH costs 1.1%, capped at $5.25 per transaction.
